Registrations received by mail or fax will receive an electronic letter of confirmation if an e-mail address is provided. Otherwise, a confirmation letter will be mailed to the address provided.
All online registrations will receive e-mail confirmations. Conference materials (program, name badge, etc.) will be available for pick up on site, during the conference.
Registration cancellations must be received in writing no later than April 30, 2013,
and are subject to a $150 processing fee. After this date, all registrations - including "no shows" - are subject to the full registration fee. An organization may substitute one executive for another at any time.
Refunds will be processed within four weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
