Registration Costs

Registration includes all conference materials, continental breakfasts, luncheons and receptions.

General Attendee:

Early Bird Rate: $400
Regular Rate: $500

Alumnae:

Early Bird Rate: $255
Regular Rate: $355

Reunioner registration has to be verified through the Office of Alumnae Affairs. For more details regarding the discounted reunioner rate, please contact the Office of Alumnae Affairs at 404-270-5064 or send an email to reunion@spelman.edu.

Please note that the student rate applies to undergraduate students only. Student identification will be required upon check-in.

Legacy of Leadership Awards Dinner Only: $60*

*Note: registration for this event does not include other conference activities. If you wish to attend all conference activities, please register at the regular conference rate.

Registration Confirmation

Registrations received by mail or fax will receive an electronic letter of confirmation if an e-mail address is provided. Otherwise, a confirmation letter will be mailed to the address provided.

All online registrations will receive e-mail confirmations. Conference materials (program, name badge, etc.) will be available for pick up on site, during the conference.

Payment Cancellations and Substitution

Registration cancellations must be received in writing no later than April 30, 2013,
and are subject to a $150 processing fee. After this date, all registrations - including "no shows" - are subject to the full registration fee. An organization may substitute one executive for another at any time.

Refunds will be processed within four weeks after the conclusion of the conference.
