Dr. Angela C. Hill
Director of Organizational Effectiveness
AGL Resources
As the director of organizational effectiveness for AGL Resources. Angela oversees the delivery and administration of programs related to performance management, change management, competency modeling, employee engagement, employee and leadership development, and succession planning. She also partners with the company’s executive leadership, providing strategic consulting to help accomplish business objectives.
Hill is a native of the District of Columbia and currently resides in Stone Mountain, Ga. She holds a doctorate degree in strategic leadership from Regent University, a master’s degree from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College.
