Katherine Giscombe leads Catalyst’s initiative to address the workplace challenges faced by diverse women around the world.  She is skilled at designing high-quality research and communicating action-based recommendations to business audiences. She speaks on a variety of topics, including career development, glass and concrete ceiling issues, individual strategies for businesswomen, mentoring, and managing diversity.   Dr. Giscombe was selected by The Network Journal as one of “25 Influential Black Women in Business” awardees for 2005, received the  2007 “Legacy of Leadership” award from Spelman College Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement, and was named by Profiles in Diversity Journal as a “Woman to Watch” in 2009.
